My name is Rafael and I'm a software engineer from Australia. I specialise in native Android app development with broader experience in backend and full stack development.
Outside of work, I build small apps that are mostly found here. Some of them start as something I wanted for myself and eventually share with the rest of the world for free :)
Work Experience
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Doshii), 2021 - present. Building and maintaining the Smart Hospitality app (Android payment terminal), along with backend and web portal.
- Tyro, 2015 - 2021. Built Tyro's Android mobile banking app and backend systems for bank accounts and treasury.
- Samsung Electronics, 2013 - 2015. Built Smart Home system prototypes running on Samsung Android phones.
- Innovatronix, 2012 - 2013. Built consumer electronics circuits and Android device interfaces.
